CIDB
- System & Importer Registration: Register client accounts on the CIDB CCPM portal (ccpm.cidb.gov.my) and Dagang Net e-Permit system.
- HS Code & Compliance Strategy: Classify product HS codes, verify Malaysian Standards (MS) requirements, and select the optimal import pathway (Product Certification / Full Type Test Report / COA Exemption).
- Overseas Factory Audits & Sampling: Appoint ISO/IEC 17020 Inspection Bodies (IB) and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories, organize foreign factory product sampling, and coordinate CIDB officer overseas inspection logistics.
- Permit & License Application: Prepare necessary documentation (Mill Certificates, Packing Lists, Manufacturer/Exporter Letters) to submit PPSi applications via CCPM and COA permit applications via Dagang Net.
- POD Physical Inspection Handling: Coordinate with CIDB Verification Officers at ports or bonded warehouses, oversee container seal verification, and supply required handling equipment (forklifts, labor).
- Customs Clearance & Final Delivery: Integrate approved permits with the Royal Malaysian Customs System (SMK) for instant release and transport cargo directly to the client’s project site.
MTIB Registration Requirements
- Eligibility: Firms must be domiciled in Peninsular Malaysia or the Federal Territory of Labuan.
- Category Registration: Exporters, suppliers, and processors/graders must register under specific MTIB categories.
- Premises / Supply Agreement: Applicants need a valid factory license or, if they do not own a processing mill, a formal timber supply agreement with an MTIB-registered supplier.
